West provides the service that enables your doctor to send you important health information and reminders via text message. West is a third-party and will not be able to answer practice specific questions. For ALL questions pertaining to your appointments and\or lab results please call your doctor’s office. If you are unsure which doctor sent you the text message, you can enter the unique Organization Key into the search field to find out. This organization key is assigned to your practice and is the first word in the text message followed by a colon. For example enter organization key Health: into the search field and it will list the name of the practice that sent you the text message.

If you are NOT currently receiving text reminders for a particular doctor, you can get started today. Simply search for your practice and text their unique organization key to 622622 to start receiving text messages today.

West’s service provides a convenient way for you to receive customer service notifications while you’re on the go. Sign-up to receive text message alerts on your mobile phone. You’ll receive alerts from the Healthcare Providers and Businesses that serve you. Frequency varies by company.

Terms and Conditions

Users opt-in to the Text Messaging program by texting a participating company’s opt-in organization key to 622622 from their mobile phone. They will receive a welcome message after initial registration. Users opt-out of the Text Messaging program by texting “STOP” to 622622. Users will be presented with a menu of options for opting out of the Text Messaging service for any company to which they have opted in. Users can get help by emailing tvxasp@west.com. Users can text “HELP” to 622622 to receive our contact information at any time.
