Many practices have the need for custom calling schedules to fit their special hours around vacation closings, and we want to be proactive in accommodating every request. That’s why it’s never too early to plan your holiday calling schedule with TeleVox!
As you know, TeleVox does not make calls in observance of Christmas Day unless otherwise instructed by your office. In addition to Christmas Day, many practices need to adjust their calling schedule around additional holidays, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve.
Don’t wait till the last minute to schedule anticipated closing dates. Set up your closing message in advance and save yourself a step in the busy days leading up to office closings.
To adjust your holiday calling schedule as time permits, you can log into your HouseCalls account on the mytelevox.com website, select Schedule Office Closings and follow the directions on the screen. It’s easy to do, and there are a number of tutorials on the site to assist you. We’ve provided directions you can download and even a helpful video you can watch with step-by-step instructions.
