Ruling 1557 of the ACA has caused a lot of confusion among our clients. We really can’t tell you definitively what, if anything, you need to place on your websites or post in your office. As with many rulings, there is room for both interpretation and what you need to do for compliance may vary by practice, location and the patients you serve. As with anything else legal, we have been advising our web customers that the best course of action is to discuss with your legal counsel.
