(Mobile, AL — March 9, 2011) — Lights…Camera…Action! Televox Software, a leading provider of engagement communications technology solutions for the dental market, is taking its show on the road with Ortho Tour 2011. The tour includes seven key orthodontic meetings across the country.
At each stop on the tour, orthodontists and their staff members will have an opportunity to participate in free 20-minute presentations by industry experts. Topics range from why a newly designed office attracts new patients to the value of patient/parent surveys in the managing, marketing and mechanics of an orthodontic practice.
In addition to the free lectures by industry experts, TeleVox will provide orthodontists the opportunity to discuss on video what makes their practices unique and what they are doing to provide outstanding care and service to their patients. With participants’ permission, the videos will be shared on YouTube and Facebook. At the end of the tour, participants will vote on the best videos, and winners will receive prizes.
“Ortho Tour 2011 is a small way for TeleVox to give back to the industry that helped us get started,” said Scott Zimmerman, president of TeleVox. “It’s a way for us to show our commitment to helping our orthodontic clients improve their businesses by providing access to expert speakers and by giving our clients the opportunity to tell their story.”
