The stress that can result from today’s hectic, over-scheduled routine of raising children can result in many health ailments, including heart disease, diabetes, depression and obesity. While no one is suggesting that children are at fault, it’s certainly an interesting topic as we discuss the importance of a preventive lifestyle in order to avoid many of these same conditions.
