I just called to say how much I…oh, hi there.
A couple of weeks ago, we invited many of our clients to a free webinar where we shared some ideas for different types of patient outreach. And we talked about the importance of staying in touch year-round, even if there isn’t an appointment to remind them of or a past due balance to collect. After the session, many practices contacted us about helping them send birthday and holiday greetings to patients without the staff having to make all of the calls. Special events and contests in the practice can also be another reason to reach out. It’s all about building relationships with patients and making sure you’re top of mind when they need to schedule that next visit. You know, just calling to say how much you care.
