How to Request a Change to Your Website
- Go to http://helpdesk.televox.com
- Click on ‘Register’ (fig. 1)
- Fill out all fields and click ‘Register’ (fig. 2)
- Once you receive your email confirming your registration you can log into the ticketing system via helpdesk.televox.com
- Once logged on simply click ‘Submit a Ticket’ (fig. 3)
- Select ‘WebPLUS Support’ then ‘Next’ (fig. 4)
- Next, specify a Priority and a Time Frame if this is a time sensitive change. For example, birthdays for the month of March need to be displayed before the end of the week. Also choose the requisite ‘Change Type’ and where the change should be made on your website(fig. 5)
- Finally, specify any remaining details that are required for the change. Please be as thorough and as specific as possible so our staff can promptly fulfill your request. When you have filled out all necessary details click ‘Submit.’ (fig. 6)
