Users opt-in to the SmartText program by texting a participating company’s opt-in keyword to 622622 from their mobile phone. They will receive a welcome message after initial registration. Users opt-out of the SmartText program by texting “STOP” to 622622. Users will be presented with a menu of options for opting out of the SmartText service for any company to which they have opted in. Users can get help by emailing or calling 1-800-269-9240. Users can text “HELP” to 622622 to receive our contact information at any time.
