The laws concerning privacy and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) and all sensitive business client information are evolving, and TeleVox wants to be sure we support you in maintaining compliance. In February 2010, TeleVox will cease sending detailed call results reports as attachments to email.

When your reports are available, you will receive an e-mail with a special link to retrieve your reports online. TeleVox is in the process of creating a new account for you on www.mytelevox.com so you can retrieve your reports.

NOTE: There’s nothing for you to do at this time, TeleVox will automatically create an account for you.

Before January 31, 2010 you will receive an email from TeleVox with information on your new secure web account. You will receive a special link in the email and instructions on what to do next to register your account.
