The laws concerning privacy and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) as well as all sensitive business client information are evolving. TeleVox wants to be sure we support our clients in maintaining compliance. In the first half of 2010, TeleVox will cease sending detailed call results reports as attachments to email.

Our clients will now retrieve their reports from a secure online site. When reports are available, clients will receive an e-mail with a special link to retrieve their reports online.

In January 2010, our existing clients received invitations via e-mail inviting them to sign-up for a secure reporting account at www.mytelevox.com. As we cease to send reports as attachments to e-mail, existing clients will still have the opportunity to sign-up for a secure account easily from their desktop.

Are you an existing client who has not yet signed up for a secure reporting account? Once report attachments are turned off for your facility, you will begin to receive e-mail alerts when reports are available for you at the secure online site. If you have not signed-up for a secure report account at that time, you will have an opportunity to do so. You will receive a special link in the email and instructions on what to do next to register your account.
