That's right! In early 2011, the HouseCalls user interface is getting a facelift. You're going to notice some changes, but there's no need to worry. All of the reports and tools you're used to will still be there. We've simply made some updates to give you an all-around better HouseCalls experience.

Q: Where did my appointment schedule go?
A: It used to be under "Calling Pages". Now it's under "My Calendar".

Q: Where did my Calling Pages go?
A: It used to be under "Calling Pages". Today, you'll find this same data under "My Data".

Q: Where did my Call Schedule tools go?
A: They used to be under "Call Schedule". Now they are organized under "My Data".

Q: I'm an administrator. Where did the user management tools go?
A: Click the "Account Settings" tab for administrative and other global account settings tools.

Q: What does "Search Contacts" mean?
A: "Contacts" are the people you send messages to. Use the search to look up your contacts and see what you've sent them.

Q: Will my reports change?
A: No. You'll still receive the reports you are used to. We have added new reports that you might want to check out, but all of your currently schedules reports will continue unchanged.

Q: Where do I logoff?
A: We moved the logout link off the menu. It's now on the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
