SmartText™
The SmartText feature of HouseCalls delivers appointment reminder text messages to cell phones, allowing clients to receive and confirm messages on the go. SmartText is approved by the Mobile Messaging Association and provides:

E-mail Functionality

Daily reports detail calling activity and call statuses for each day’s calling sessions. HouseCalls can automatically distribute the reports via network printers, fax or e-mail to local or remote locations.
Call Blocking
HouseCalls allows you to designate certain clients who should not be contacted with a message for whatever reason. Multiple Response Options Touch-tone response options ensure crucial two-way communication between you and your clients. Each HouseCalls message can include a unique set of options.
Family Messaging
HouseCalls can place a single call for multiple recipients within the same family.
Multilingual
HouseCalls supports multiple languages. Certain clients can be selected to receive foreign language messages within the system or you can allow clients to select a language preference when they receive a call.
Message Mapping
You can define conditional filters for automatic message assignment. For example, Spanish-speaking clients hear Spanish messages; elderly clients hear louder messages; new clients hear welcome messages. Message mapping means that clients always receive the correct message.
Answering Machine Detection
TeleVox’s exclusive call-processing technology has the ability to detect an answering machine and leave a message. HouseCalls detects virtually every type of answering machine/ recorder tone. Additional functionality enables the system to leave a different message on an answering machine based on your preferences.
