You will receive a report of your calling session, detailing calling activity and call statuses. Reports are sortable and can be automatically distributed via network printers, fax or e-mail.
Multiple Response Options
Touch-tone response options ensure crucial two-way communication between you and your members. Your message can contain a unique set of response options, including:

Multilingual
HouseCalls supports multiple languages. You can designate certain members to receive foreign language messages or allow them to select a language preference when they receive a call.

Message Mapping

Answering Machine Detection
TeleVox's exclusive call processing technology can detect virtually every type of answering machine/recorder tone and leave a message. Additional functionality enables HouseCalls to leave a different message on an answering machine based on your preferences.
Member Name Library
Currently, HouseCalls maintains a pre-recorded name library of over 60,000 member names. HouseCalls permanently stores name recordings for future use.
Caller ID Pulsing
Caller ID systems will display a specific department or case manager from your organization, creating a seamless point of contact for members.
