HouseCalls automatically calls your customers to deliver messages, at the time you choose and in a personal voice. HouseCalls interfaces with your database or spreadsheet and uses the existing information in your customer records for personalized messages. HouseCalls accesses phone numbers from your records, then makes outgoing phone calls.
What kind of messages can HouseCalls send?
HouseCalls will deliver virtually any type of message, using the information from your customer records. Common message types are: appointment reminders, debt recovery, policy renewals and cancellations, follow ups, expiration reminders, past due notifications, and promotion of new products, services or events.
Are messages specific to each customer?
Yes, each HouseCalls message can contain information pertinent to each customer such as names, dates and times, street addresses, dollar amounts, due dates, etc. You decide how little or how much customization you need.
What do the messages sound like?
Every HouseCalls message uses a human voice when calling customers, maintaining a personal touch. HouseCalls does not create robotic messages, and with VoxMerge technology, HouseCalls™ messages sound natural and fluid.
Can my customers respond to the message?
Yes, using the telephone keypad, customers can confirm appointments, leave a voice message, select among a variety of language options, or be transferred to your call center or any number you designate.
What if the customer is not home when HouseCalls is calling?
HouseCalls will detect an answering machine and leave a message for the customer.
How do I know if my customers received the message?
HouseCalls provides daily call reports that indicate the status of each call during a calling session. You receive a call results report after completion of your calling session. In addition, HouseCalls can provide you with right party verification if needed.
Does HouseCalls display my Caller ID?
Yes, all calls will display your unique Caller ID name and number.
Are HouseCalls messages available in multiple languages?
Yes, HouseCalls delivers messages in any language you choose. You can “flag†certain customers to receive foreign language messages within the system, or allow customers to select a language preference when they receive a call.
