HouseCalls Express is a self-service tool designed to enable you to quickly and easily deliver high importance messages to individuals. With 24/7 access and immediate call delivery, the HouseCalls Express feature allows you to call in, record a script, upload a list of recipients and distribute the message within minutes. Campaigns can be stopped at any time within the calling session. HouseCalls Express is perfect for emergency communication!

With the assistance of the Outbound Messaging Wizard, HouseCalls Express guides you through seven easy steps to get your campaigns up and running.

Name the calling session

By providing a unique name for your session, you can quickly identify it when sending messages on short notice.

Type the message to be delivered

This provides a convenient and helpful reference when recording the message.

Record the message

With the help of a touch-tone phone and secure PIN, HouseCalls Express allows messages to be re-recorded until you are satisfied with the sound of the call.

Enter the customers to be contacted

Either upload a CSV (comma separated value) file or copy and paste information in the supplied field. In addition to phone numbers, first names and last names can be included to help track campaigns.

Data parsing

This step keeps you informed about the status of your data upload to TeleVox.

Determine calling times

Choose the specific minute you would like the calling campaign to begin. You’ll also enter the e-mail address at which you would like to receive post-campaign reports.

Confirm the campaign

This screen indicates that the calling campaign is being created. Rest assured that calls will be delivered on time.
