System Voices
HouseCalls uses a human voice when calling donors, maintaining the personal touch they expect.
E-mail Functionality
HouseCalls maintains a fully-integrated e-mail capability, allowing you to deliver reminders, appeals or any other type of message via e-mail.
Reporting
Daily reports detail calling activity and call statuses for each day’s calling sessions. Reports are sortable by location, donor or status. Permanent calling histories are archived for your records. HouseCalls can automatically distribute reports via network printers, fax or e-mail to local and/or remote locations.
Call Blocking
HouseCalls can designate donors in the system who should not be contacted with a message.
Multiple Response Options
Touch-tone response options ensure crucial two-way communication between you and your donors. Each HouseCalls message can include a unique set of response options.
Available responses include:
- 0 - speak with a tele-recruiter
- 1 - confirm appointment
- 2 - cancel or reschedule
- 3 - language preference
- 4 - repeat message
Multilingual
HouseCalls supports multiple languages. You can designate certain donors to receive foreign language messages within the system, or you can allow donors to select a language preference when they receive a call.
Message Mapping
You can define conditional filters for automatic message assignment. For example, Spanish-speaking donors hear Spanish messages; elderly donors hear louder messages; new donors hear welcome messages. Message mapping means that donors always receive the correct message.
Answering Machine Detection
TeleVox’s exclusive call-processing technology can detect virtually every type of answering machine/recorder tone and leave a message. Additional functionality enables HouseCalls to leave a different message on an answering machine based on your preferences.
