National Health Services Organization Utilizes
TeleVox Messaging for Donor Recruitment
In 2003, a national health services organization began utilizing HouseCalls, automated messaging technology from TeleVox Software. Both donors and staff found the automated messages helpful. Donors found that the messages were not only personable, but helped them remember the exact date and time of their appointments.
