This health plan was planning a phone-based outreach campaign to deliver women's health reminders. However, the low percentage of accurate phone numbers in the target member database threatened to severely limit the campaign's success.

Results

TeleVox's SmartAppend database management solution resulted in an overall data quality improvement of 549%. SmartAppend updated 11% of numbers that already existed in the database and added numbers for 49% of those with none previously listed.
