Introducing HouseCalls

HouseCalls, TeleVox’s automated messaging system, delivers personalized phone, email and/or text messages to members including name, date, time, location or any other variables. HouseCalls uses natural voices and can deliver messages at any time of the day, early evening or even weekends.

Multiple Message Types

HouseCalls can create and deliver a variety of messages to your members. Your choices are virtually unlimited. Common automated messaging types include:

  • New member enrollment calls
  • Medication compliance messages
  • Preventive health messages
  • Refill reminders
  • Disease management messages

Email Functionality

HouseCalls maintains a fully-integrated email capability, allowing you to deliver automated notifications. Use professionally-designed templates to build your own custom automated messages.

Response Options

Touch-tone response options ensure crucial two-way communication. Each HouseCalls message can include a unique set of response options. Available responses may include:

  • Call transfer to a Member Services Representative
  • Language preference
  • Repeat message

Reporting

Sortable reports detail calling activity and member statuses for each day’s calling campaign. Permanent patient histories are archived for your records. HouseCalls can automatically distribute reports via network printers, fax or email to local and remote locations.

Multilingual

HouseCalls supports 16 languages and includes scripts for French and Spanish messages. You can designate certain members to receive foreign language messages within the system or allow patients to select a language preference when they receive a call.

Call Blocking

HouseCalls can designate members in the system who should not be contacted with an automated message.

Message Mapping

You can define conditional filters for automatic message assignment. For example, Spanish-speaking members hear Spanish messages; elderly members hear louder messages; new members hear welcome messages. Message mapping means that members always receive the correct message.

Call Scheduler

You decide when HouseCalls delivers messages: mornings, afternoons or evenings. Messages can be scheduled for multiple days in advance.

Answering Machine Detection

TeleVox’s exclusive call-processing technology can detect virtually every type of answering machine/recorder tone and leave a message. Additional functionality enables HouseCalls to leave a different message on an answering machine based on your preferences.

Member Name Library

Currently, HouseCalls maintains a pre-recorded name library of over 60,000 member names. HouseCalls permanently stores name recordings for future use in automated messages.

Caller ID Pulsing

Caller ID systems will display a specific department or case manager from your organization, creating a seamless point of contact for members.
