Executive Team, Leadership Team, whatever you want to call them (we mostly stick with Scott, Doug, etc.), these individuals are guiding the big ideas and commitment to customer service that help us achieve the “high tech human touch” we deliver to our clients every day.
Appointed as TeleVox’s President in November 2008, Scott leads all aspects of TeleVox operations to include client operations, sales, information services, product development and marketing. From January 2006 through joining West Corporation, Scott was General Manager of a division of GE Healthcare’s Clinical Systems business. In total, Scott spent more than nine years at GE Healthcare in a variety of cross-functional and global leadership roles as well as seventeen years in the healthcare space. Scott is a graduate of the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.
Product and Business Performance
With more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, Lisa Taylor currently leads Product Management and Business Performance projects for TeleVox. She has guided TeleVox in many successful initiatives, including the acquisition of SmartTalk in 2004, during her tenure as Chief Financial Officer for the company. Prior to joining TeleVox, Ms. Taylor was Senior Financial Analyst for Worldwide Sales and Marketing, responsible for more than $20 million in budgeting and spending requirements. She developed and deployed all incentive and compensation plans company-wide. Before that she served as Senior Auditor with Deloitte and Touche. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of South Alabama.
Paul De Sousa
Paul De Sousa leads a team focused on the development and implementation of strategic plans designed to meet and exceed client expectations while living by the adage “do what you say, as promised, every time.” In this role, he oversees daily client operations, including implementation, technical services, voice services and corporate training. Prior to joining TeleVox, Paul spent over 24 years in the service operations arena, earning a reputation for driving revenue through service excellence in industries ranging from telecommunications to manufacturing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Kean University.
Marketing & Healthy World Initiative
Allison Hart leads TeleVox’s Marketing team in delivering a results-oriented program that encompasses branding, corporate communications, content development, demand generation and product and sales enablement. She also directs TeleVox’s Healthy World Research Initiative, a consumer and healthcare provider research program that examines the connection between patient engagement and improved health outcomes. Prior to joining TeleVox, Allison gained experience in the world of advertising working for agencies Rapp Collins Worldwide and JWT, serving clients in the retail, banking and pharmaceutical industries. She holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising/Public Relations and a Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
