President

Appointed as TeleVox's President in November 2008, Scott leads all aspects of TeleVox operations to include client operations, sales, information services, product development and marketing. From January 2006 through joining West Corporation, Scott was General Manager of a division of GE Healthcare's Clinical Systems business. In total, Scott spent more than nine years at GE Healthcare in a variety of cross-functional and global leadership roles as well as seventeen years in the healthcare space. Scott is a graduate of the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.

 
Doug Albro

Doug Albro

Technology

Doug Albro leads our Technology teams, focused on building and supporting our innovative products. Doug comes to TeleVox with more than 25 years of technology experience in dynamic innovative companies including Humana, Excellus BlueCross BlueShield and Alere. Over the last 12 years, Albro has focused his talents on the healthcare market and earned a reputation for building highly effective teams that consistently deliver technology solutions of the highest quality. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from McKendree University.

 
Lisa Taylor

Lisa Taylor

Business Performance

With more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, Lisa Taylor currently leads Business Performance projects for TeleVox. She has guided TeleVox in many successful initiatives, including the acquisition of SmartTalk in 2004, during her tenure as Chief Financial Officer for the company. Prior to joining TeleVox, Ms. Taylor was Senior Financial Analyst for Worldwide Sales and Marketing, responsible for more than $20 million in budgeting and spending requirements. She developed and deployed all incentive and compensation plans company-wide. Before that she served as Senior Auditor with Deloitte and Touche. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of South Alabama.

 
David Zakutney

Client Service and Support

David Zakutney leads a team focused on the development and implementation of strategic plans designed to meet and exceed client expectations. In this role, he oversees the daily client operations, including implementation, technical services, voice services and corporate training. Prior to starting his own business, David enjoyed a 20+ year career in the print communications industry as a Vice President of Sales Operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management Studies from the University of South Alabama.

 
Marc Tumminello

Sales, Healthcare Practices

During his many years with TeleVox, Marc Tumminello has gained experience as a sales executive and leader and established himself as a top-tier sales professional. He currently leads our Healthcare Practice sales team, focused on growing TeleVox's presence in medical and dental physician offices. Marc is the ideal leader for this channel given his history establishing new performance standards and exceeding expectations in sales. Some of Marc's accomplishments include: reaching the $1,000,000 benchmark in sales for an individual territory, receiving the inaugural Dental Salesperson of the Year and Trailblazer awards, and achieving year-over-year growth rates exceeding 200%. Marc attended college at California State University, Los Angeles.

 
Allison Hart

With over 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, Allison Hart leads TeleVox's Marketing team in delivering a results-oriented program that encompasses branding, corporate communications, content development, demand generation and product and sales enablement. Prior to joining TeleVox, Allison gained experience in the world of advertising working for agencies Rapp Collins Worldwide and JWT, serving clients in the retail, banking and pharmaceutical industries. She holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising/Public Relations and a Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
