Scott Zimmerman
Business Leader
Scott Zimmerman is our new Business Leader, responsible for guiding all initiatives to enhance customer care, product innovation and commercial excellence at TeleVox. He brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience, including industry insight in the areas of physician practices, healthcare enterprises, imaging, surgical services, interventional and pharmaceutical businesses. Most recently, Scott spent nine years in general manager and other cross-functional leadership roles at GE Healthcare, gaining expertise in sales, service, quality, marketing, pricing, product development and management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington University’s John M. Olin School of Business.
Lisa Taylor
Finance
With more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, Lisa Taylor currently serves as an independent financial analyst for TeleVox. She has led TeleVox in many successful initiatives, including the acquisition of SmartTalk in 2004. Taylor has been with TeleVox for 10 years and previously served as Chief Financial Officer for the company. Prior to joining TeleVox, Ms. Taylor was Senior Financial Analyst for Worldwide Sales and Marketing, responsible for more than $20 million in budgeting and spending requirements. She developed and deployed all incentive and compensation plans company-wide. Before that she served as Senior Auditor with Deloitte and Touche. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of South Alabama.
David Zakutney
Client Service and Support
David Zakutney leads a team focused on the development and implementation of strategic plans designed to meet and exceed client expectations. In this role, he oversees the daily client operations, including implementation, technical services, voice services and corporate training. Prior to starting his own business, David enjoyed a 20+ year career in the print communications industry as a Vice President of Sales Operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management Studies from the University of South Alabama.
Jeff Cordell
Information Services
Jeff is the IT leader for TeleVox and has 15 years experience building communications solutions to solve business problems. Jeff has served diverse leadership roles within West Corporation companies over the past nine years. Most recently, Jeff provided leadership and technology integration of acquired TeleVox Software and CenterPost Technologies into West Interactive Corporation’s growing automated notifications offerings. Jeff originally joined West through their acquisition of InterCall, the World’s largest provider of integrated voice, video and web conferencing solutions. There he played leadership roles in the engineering development and technology integration of the successful start-up ventures: MSHOW.com and ConferenceCall.com. He also led the technology engineering efforts for the industry leading West At Home Agent initiative serving over 10,000+ remote teleworkers using IP technologies. Prior, Jeff built HIPAA-compliant medical claims processing systems architectures with Electronic Data Systems and also served as an officer in the United States Air Force developing network security solutions. Jeff holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
Bill Williams
Sales, Enterprise Healthcare and Business
Bill Williams is responsible for guiding the strategy and goals for our Enterprise Healthcare and Business sales teams. He also oversees all of the Business Development efforts within TeleVox. Bill brings more than 29 years of healthcare experience in disposables, pharmaceuticals, capital equipment, imaging technologies, physician practice market strategies and a number of different types of distribution models. He has held sales and leadership roles in companies such as Hewlett Packard, Proctor and Gamble, Hill-Rom Co. and GE Healthcare. This diverse background has allowed him to develop expertise in sales, service, quality, marketing, pricing, product development and management. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology (GA. Tech).
Marc Tumminello
Sales, Healthcare Practices
During his many years with TeleVox, Marc Tumminello has gained experience as a sales executive and leader and established himself as a top-tier sales professional. He currently leads our Healthcare Practice sales team, focused on growing TeleVox’s presence in medical and dental physician offices. Marc is the ideal leader for this channel given his history establishing new performance standards and exceeding expectations in sales. Some of Marc’s accomplishments include: reaching the $1,000,000 benchmark in sales for an individual territory, receiving the inaugural Dental Salesperson of the Year and Trailblazer awards, and achieving year-over-year growth rates exceeding 200%. Marc attended college at California State University, Los Angeles.
