Pam Mortenson

Executive Vice President, West Interactive

Since September 2006, Pam serves as Executive Vice President of West Interactive, which is focused on providing automated customer contact solutions. Prior to this she was part of the InterCall organization where she served as Vice President of Partner Management, coming from West Corporation where she had served as Vice President, Business Integration. Prior to joining West, Pam operated her own management consulting business where she specialized in the electronics payment industry and worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies in a variety of engagements. She was also an executive of First Data Corporation – Card Issuing Group for over 16 years. During her tenure with First Data, Pam spent the majority of her career in Client Development, New Business Support and Operational positions.

Craig Webster

Senior Vice President, Systems Development, West Interactive

With over 20 years of experience in automated voice processing, Craig Webster is responsible for platform engineering and development at West Interactive. Responsibilities include defining platform vision and strategy, determining technology partnerships, managing the capital budget, and leading the platform software development team. Webster has been with West for 18 years and previously worked for TEL-Line Systems Inc., initially in a software development role and eventually as manager of the software development team. Mr. Webster earned his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Computer Science from North Dakota State University.

Lisa Taylor

Senior Vice President, Client Operations

With more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, Lisa Taylor serves as the head of Client Operations for TeleVox. She handles all aspects of the company's client support and retention efforts as well as overseeing day-to-day operationals. She has led TeleVox in many successful initiatives, including the acquisition of SmartTalk in 2004. Taylor has been with TeleVox for 10 years and previously served as Chief Financial Officer for the company. Prior to joining TeleVox, Ms. Taylor was Senior Financial Analyst for Worldwide Sales and Marketing, responsible for more than $20 million in budgeting and spending requirements. She developed and deployed all incentive and compensation plans company-wide. Before that she served as Senior Auditor with Deloitte and Touche. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of South Alabama.

Chad Greer

Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Product

As Vice President, Chad Greer leads the TeleVox sales organization as well as all aspects of product and corporate marketing activities for TeleVox. Greer handles the daily oversight of sales, marketing, communications, product management, creative design and exhibits management. His 10 years of experience with TeleVox span Product Management, VAR Integration, Business Development and Sales and Marketing Management. Prior to joining TeleVox, Greer was general manager of Asian Operations with Muller, LLC in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, he was responsible for building and overseeing a marketing/sales team for the company's newly acquired family entertainment sector. Mr. Greer earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Alabama with graduate work in computer science. He is a current member of Sales and Marketing Executives International and has completed the SCPS certification for professional sales. He also serves on the Board Of Directors of the South Alabama Big Brothers Big Sisters organization.

Jeff Cordell

Vice President, Information Services, Emerging Communications Solutions

During Jeff’s 6.5 years with West companies, he has been in a number of diverse roles. In 2003, he joined West through the acquisition of InterCall where he served as a leader of strategic technology initiatives. Jeff played critical roles in the integration of ConferenceCall.com and Mshow.com into the InterCall conferencing platform. As Director of Information Services for West Interactive, Jeff directed the platform and technology aspects of the strategic Work at Home Agent initiative. Prior, he served as an officer in the United States Air Force developing IP communications solutions. Jeff holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
