- What is the difference between TeleVox Turnkey (TK) and ASP products?
With ASP products, the data file is sent to TeleVox and we make the patient or client contact based on the information provided. With TeleVox Turnkey products your office makes it's own phone calls using it's own equipment.
- When is the TeleVox Support Center open?
Our Support Team takes calls, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Central Time (excluding major holidays.):
- For Turnkey, T.Link, and Vox On-Hold products: 800-706-0459
- For ASP products: 877-269-2904
Additionally the ASP Support Team also is available for callback, Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Fridays 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Central Time (excluding major holidays) by leaving a voice message on our toll-free line.
