TeleVox and Orthotrac UK Announce Partnership
Mobile, AL, November 8, 2006 - TeleVox Software, Inc., a leading provider of communication solutions for the orthodontic industry, and Orthotrac UK, the exclusive reseller of KODAK Orthotrac software in the UK and Ireland, have entered into a business agreement.
According to this agreement, Orthotrac UK will resell TeleVox's T.LINK® online communications service to orthodontists in the UK and Ireland. Orthotrac UK will also provide support and training for the T.LINK system, which is currently used by more than 1,000 orthodontists nationwide. Adding Orthotrac UK as a reselling partner will facilitate the expansion of this product into these key European markets.
Orthodontists in the UK and Ireland will now be able to utilize T.LINK to efficiently communicate with patients online. T.LINK works through a seamless integration with the Orthotrac practice management software. This allows practices to send personalized automatic e-mail and text message appointment reminders and other messages to their patients, create and manage office and appointment schedules online, create and send electronic newsletters and more. Features available to patients include 24/7 access to appointment and account information and the ability to make secure online payments via bank draft or credit card.
