TeleVox Announces New T.LINK® Product Training Initiative
Mobile, AL, August 24, 2006 - TeleVox Software, Inc. announces a new product training option for T.LINK customers. Dental and orthodontic practices that purchase the online communications system may now take advantage of regional T.LINK Group Training Sessions conducted by Certified T.LINK Trainers. The new training initiative is being offered to customers nationwide.
The Group Training Sessions are held weekly in cities across the United States and also conducted on-site during the AAO, PCSO and ADA tradeshows. Group Training Sessions present a more convenient training opportunity for many practices. Now at the time of purchase, practices can choose between the in-office or Group Training options. Two or more staff members from each practice may attend the Group Training Sessions, which have been increasing in popularity since the initial offering. Approximately 40 sessions are planned for the remainder of 2006, and already more than 260 staff members have participated.
Each Group Training Session is held in a fully equipped facility so that participants can use individual computer workstations. This allows the key team members that will ultimately be responsible for utilizing T.LINK in the practice the opportunity to get an in-depth hands-on training experience. Because the sessions are held outside the office, distractions are minimized and learning is enhanced. Participants are able to actually utilize the T.LINK system as they learn, and leave with the knowledge necessary to implement T.LINK immediately upon their return to the office.
The sessions are conducted by Certified T.LINK Trainers, a distinction given by TeleVox to corporate training personnel that have undergone intensive product training. The Certified Training program includes advanced instruction in installation, product use and navigation. Participants are also obligated to pass a written exam, complete a requisite number of on-site trainings and fulfill a public speaking certification.
