TeleVox Software and PhyLogic Healthcare Form Strategic Alliance
Mobile, AL, June 28, 2006 - TeleVox Software, Inc., a leading developer of software and services for the medical industry, and PhyLogic Healthcare, a provider of comprehensive practice management and medical billing solutions, have entered into an exclusive business agreement.
The agreement will help further enhance the functionality of PhyLogic’s practice management system and full service billing offerings by improving doctor-to-patient communication through automated appointment reminders from TeleVox. PhyLogic will exclusively promote HouseCalls™ TeleVox’s automated messaging system, to its clients.
TeleVox and PhyLogic have completed an integration between HouseCalls and PhyLogic’s practice management systems. The integration will minimize installation and training while simplifying the startup process for the practice.

PhyLogic will offer the integrated services to all of its clients starting July 1, 2006.
