TeleVox Announces New Corporate Developments

New Executive Team Poised to Lead Company Through Expected Growth

Mobile, AL, June 2, 2006 TeleVox Software, Inc., a leading provider of patient communication and messaging software applications, today announces the appointment of several key executive positions at its Mobile, AL corporate headquarters. The development of these positions will prepare the company for expected growth, which is predicted to surpass 30% for 2006.

Lisa Taylor has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. Taylor previously served as Chief Financial Officer, leading the company in many successful initiatives, including the 2004 acquisition of SmartTalk. In this new role, Ms. Taylor will become more involved in the day-to-day operations of the company while continuing to oversee financial matters. She has been with TeleVox for 10 years.

Chad Greer has been promoted from Vice President, Marketing to Executive Vice President, Marketing. Greer will continue to lead TeleVox’s marketing department while taking on additional responsibility for corporate contracts, obligations and resource allocation. Mr. Greer joined TeleVox 10 years ago and brings to this new position a successful sales and marketing development track record.

Dan Hartung is the newly-appointed Vice President of Client Services and Support. Mr. Hartung joined TeleVox in 2005 as the Director of Technical Services. In that short time, Hartung spearheaded the plan to help the company achieve World-Class Service Organization status. He brings more than 20 years of service experience from QMS Konica-Minolta.

Russell Hoover will assume the role of Vice President, Chief Information Officer. Hoover previously served as TeleVox’s Director of IT Services and has been with the company for six years. His responsibilities include overseeing operations of TeleVox’s internal information systems as well as operations of the company’s ASP data center.
