TeleVox and Smile! Form Strategic Alliance
Mobile, AL, May 3, 2006 - TeleVox Software, Inc., a leading provider of communication solutions for the dental and orthodontic industries, and Smile!, a division of CAS Designs, Inc., have entered into an exclusive marketing alliance. Smile! offers design services, marketing tools, and website enhancement features to practices.
Under this agreement, TeleVox and Smile! can cooperatively bring complementary solutions to customers through improved customer communications, sales outlets, and marketing initiatives. Smile! is now the TeleVox preferred provider of identity and marketing design solutions for dental and orthodontic practices. Smile! offers professionally-designed custom logos, business cards, stationery, office forms, patient walkout packets, brochures, informational cards and more.
The agreement will also benefit TeleVox WebPlus customers, who can take advantage of courtesy pricing on Smile! website plug-ins. These interactive Flash animations with voice-overs can be added to practice websites to enhance patient education and promotions. Topics include oral hygiene with braces/appliances, eating habits, appliance activation, elastic wear and troubleshooting. Custom before and after morphs are also available as website enhancements.. The addition of premium features from Smile! is a perfect fit for the more than 3,000 web customers served by TeleVox today. TeleVox’s WebPlus™ websites are custom built by the company’s in-house design team and include industry-leading hosting services. TeleVox is the website provider-of-choice for Smile!, and this agreement will bring enhanced integration and ease of implementation to mutual customers.
The expertise in multimedia from Smile! combined with TeleVox’s expertise in web design and hosting creates a dynamic joining of integrated web components. As customers look for advanced educational and interactivity with their websites, the two companies are now poised to eliminate the hardships associated with third party integrations.
