TeleVox Clients Recognized as Honor Roll Hospitals

Mobile, AL, March 10, 2006 – TeleVox clients were recently awarded Honor Roll status among America’s Best Hospitals List for 2005. Of the 16 Honor Roll hospitals recognized by U.S. News & World Report, 12 are TeleVox customers.

RTI International, a consulting firm in Research Triangle Park, NC, compiled the 2005 rankings. Over 6,000 U.S. hospitals were scored across 17 different medical specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics and respiratory disorders. Honor Roll hospitals achieved exceptional rankings in at least 6 of the 17 specialties. Hospitals were assessed through numerous criteria, including nurse availability, key technologies and surveys of U.S. physicians.
