TeleVox Software Launches World-Class Image and Service Initiatives
Mobile, AL, January 25, 2006 – TeleVox Software Inc., the leading provider of communication technology products for healthcare, utility and other commercial markets, announced the launch of its new corporate website, www.televox.com. The new website is a major component of the company’s newly revamped corporate identity.
Other key elements being evaluated as part of this initiative include tradeshow displays, , marketing collateral and corporate literature. The new image comes on the heels of unprecedented growth. From 2001 to 2005, the company increased revenue by 650 percent. In 2005, TeleVox was named the Alabama Information Technology Association’s Large Technology Company of the Year and was listed in Healthcare Informatics’ Healthcare IT Top 100.
“This new image along with our product branding update helps set the stage for our expected growth,†said Chad Greer, TeleVox Vice President of Marketing. “It is designed to reflect our focus on offering world-class products and service to our clients.“
Moving forward, TeleVox will continue to concentrate on enhancing its current suite of products and services through timely enhancements and technological research and development. Additionally, the company has hired a new Director of Customer Service and Support and reorganized its Client Service department to better meet client needs. The new structure allows for more streamlined support, cross training of service representatives and faster response times.
