Alliant Credit Union Chooses TeleVox to Aid in Collection Efforts

Mobile, AL, November 10, 2005 – TeleVox Software, Inc., a leading developer of telephony-based communication solutions, has added Alliant Credit Union, one of America’s largest credit unions, as one of its newest financial services customers. Using HouseCalls, TeleVox’s automated messaging technology, Alliant will place collection calls to credit union members with past due accounts.

TeleVox’s exclusive technology delivers personalized messages to overdue members, including first names, last names, dollar amounts and due dates. Each call features pre- recorded human voices and provides Alliant members with a mailing address and website URL to make their payment.

"We are always searching for a creative approach to collections,” says Dona Svehla, Alliant’s Manager of Collections and Fraud. “This innovative solution will enhance the efficiencies of the collections department by improving collection hits while maintaining low operating costs. We are excited to partner with TeleVox."

Svehla also noted the flexibility and cross-functional components of HouseCalls as key factors in Alliant’s decision to adopt the messaging system. Alliant officials envision HouseCalls playing a significant role in other credit union applications, including marketing of new products and services.

“We are very pleased that Alliant Credit Union is allowing us to assist in its collection efforts,” says Neil Armentrout, TeleVox President and CEO. “While improving its own collections, Alliant is showing a steadfast commitment to customer service by easing the payment process for its members.”
