ZLB Plasma Services and TeleVox Work Together To Call On Plasma Donors
TeleVox Software and ZLB Plasma Services are working together to implement a pilot study in two of its plasma collection centers. This study will look at the overall effectiveness of donor recruitment reminder calls to plasma donors.
ZLB Plasma Services will be testing this automated voice program from TeleVox Software that reminds inactive plasma donors to come back and donate plasma.
According to Scott Newkirk, Director of Donor Relations, Our plans are to pilot in two centers to test the feasibility of the TeleVox program. If all works well, we will expand the pilot for all U.S. centers and use the program to further enhance customer service. It will also be a means to communicate promotional information to our current plasma donors.
He added, With TeleVox, we hope to reach many more donors and to get them back into the ZLB Plasma Services family of donors. The patients who rely on plasma- derived therapies are counting on us to supply needed plasma. We are looking forward to working with TeleVox in the pilot study.
