Televox And A4 Health Systems Enter Into A Business Agreement
Mobile, AL, September 27, 2005 - TeleVox Software, Inc., a leading developer of doctor-patient communication solutions for the healthcare industry, and A4 Health Systems, a primary provider of comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) solutions, have entered into a business agreement.
This agreement will enable A4 Health Systems’ customers to implement patient communication services through a seamless integration powered by TeleVox. A4 Health Systems will immediately offer appointment reminder and other outbound messaging services through its sales and marketing channels under the product name HealthMatics iRemind.
Customers will benefit by having a fully integrated system designed to minimize startup time and training. Combined with proven performance and personal messaging, this new integrated offering eliminates disparate third-party integrations and improves the overall effectiveness of practice management. This new seamless system is designed by both companies’ engineering groups to ensure lighter workloads and improved performance for each practice that implements iRemind.
The agreement will help further enhance the functionality of A4’s HealthMatics Ntierprise practice management system by improving doctor-to-patient communication through the automated outbound messaging provided by TeleVox.
