Healthcare Informatics Magazine Lists TeleVox Software in Top 10 Fastest Growing Companies, Top 100 Healthcare IT Companies

Mobile, AL – June 20, 2005 - TeleVox Software, Inc. today announced that the software company is listed in Healthcare Informatics magazine’s most anticipated annual healthcare IT list: the Healthcare Informatics 100. This is the second consecutive year that TeleVox has made the list, which is ranked by annual healthcare IT revenue.

Additionally, TeleVox appeared on the magazine’s “Top 10 Companies by Revenue Increase from 2003 to 2004.” TeleVox’s revenue grew 38.94%, up from $11.37 million in 2003 to $18.62 million in 2004.

TeleVox, which provides patient communication messaging solutions, spans the healthcare spectrum, delivering millions of healthcare communications through diverse applications, including appointment reminders, lab test results reporting and interactive Web services.

Neil Armentrout, TeleVox CEO, attributes the company’s growth to its quality products, customer service and support. “We at TeleVox have grown exponentially over the last several years,” he said. “Products such as our hosted HouseCalls application are fueling our company’s growth, and our call center is now capable of delivering five million calls per month.”

According to Healthcare Informatics editors, the always-changing composition of this annual list reflects a dynamic industry fueled by both the entrepreneurial drive of newcomers and the strategic acquisition plans of industry giants. Collectively, these elite companies sold more than $24 billion in IT products and services.

"The diverse composition of the Healthcare Informatics 100 list, from highly specialized players to comprehensive solution providers, reflects the enormous potential for information technology in healthcare." Stephen Rose, group publisher and general manager, Healthcare Informatics.
