TeleVox Software, Inc. and Oasys Practice, LLC Form Strategic Alliance

Mobile, AL, March 16, 2005 - TeleVox Software, Inc., a leading developer of software and services for the healthcare industry, and Oasys Practice, L.L.C. a provider of comprehensive orthodontic and dental practice management solutions, have entered into an exclusive business agreement.

The agreement will help further enhance the functionality of the Oasys Practice Management System by improving doctor-to-patient communication through automated appointment reminders from TeleVox HouseCalls, and online communication via TeleVox T.LINK. Oasys will exclusively offer the TeleVox products to its users as its preferred doctor-to-patient communication provider.

TeleVox and Oasys have completed a seamless integration between HouseCalls and the Oasys practice management system. The integration greatly simplifies the appointment reminder, recall reminder and collections processes for practices. The integrated system was designed by both engineering groups to ensure lighter workloads and improved performance for each practice that implements the automated outbound messaging service.

Oasys customers will benefit from the T.LINK integration by having the ability to provide patients and staff with access to account information at all times via T.LINK. Working with the Oasys practice management software, T.LINK allows doctors to send customized e-mail appointment reminders and other messages to their patients. T.LINK provides patients 24/7 access to their appointment and account information and allows them to make secure online payments. Doctors and their staff can also utilize a variety of customized online calendar tools, send and receive online referrals, share case images, collaborate with other healthcare professionals through a web-based message board and utilize after hours call management.
