TeleVox Software and the Academy of Orthodontic Assisting Form Strategic Alliance
Mobile, AL, October 18, 2004 - TeleVox Software, Inc., a leading developer of software and services for the medical industry, and the Academy of Orthodontic Assisting (AOA), provider of training courses for orthodontic assistants, have entered into an exclusive business agreement.
The agreement will provide AOA training courses through TeleVox T.LINK at discounted rates to TeleVox customers. T.LINK users, and TeleVox web design customers, will receive discounted rates for AOA online training courses. T.LINK users may signup for AOA courses through T.LINK, and take the complete line of AOA courses via the Internet.
The Academy of Orthodontic Assisting offers concentrated training courses for both inexperienced and practicing orthodontic assistants. AOA courses help aspiring orthodontic assistants gain critical knowledge on how to perform the duties of an orthodontic assistant in a professional manner. Experienced assistants can polish their skills, and employers benefit by gaining a well-trained, motivated work force.
"We are excited to work with an organization that helps improve the efficiency, and quality of service for orthodontic practices," said Neil Armentrout, CEO and President of TeleVox Software, Inc.

About The Organizations
TeleVox Software, Inc. (www.televox.com) has developed and hosted telephony-based, web-enabled communication solutions since 1992. TeleVox delivers millions of messages weekly for the healthcare industry via telephone and the Internet. For more information, contact Chad Greer at 1-800-644-4266 or chadg@televox.com.
Dr. Doug Depew founded the Academy of Orthodontic Assisting in 1997, because he found it extremely difficult to find experienced assistants for his rapidly growing practice. He found that hiring people and training them from scratch was extremely time consuming, frustrating, and usually not as effective and thorough as he would have wished. Dr. Depew spent over a year and a half developing curriculum for what would become today’s Academy of Orthodontic Assisting.
