Mobile, AL, September 22, 2004 - TeleVox Software, Inc., a leading developer of software and services for the medical industry, and Zybex, Inc., an experienced provider of the comprehensive practice management systems CyberMed and e-CyberMed, have entered into an exclusive business agreement.
The agreement will enable Zybex customers to increase communication with their patients through automated appointment reminders provided by TeleVox. Zybex will exclusively offer TeleVox HouseCallsâ„¢ doctor-to-patient communication system to CyberMed and e-CyberMed users.
HouseCallsâ„¢ automates the time consuming but necessary task of reminding patients of their appointments. The added functionality will enable CyberMed and e-CyberMed users to operate more efficiently and keep patient-centric communications a priority. Zybex customers will benefit by saving valuable staff time and decreasing the occurrence of missed appointments.
