HouseCalls from TeleVox automates time-consuming but necessary tasks common to all practices. HouseCalls reminds patients of their appointments automatically, saving valuable staff time and decreasing the occurrence of missed appointments. With the integration, SpectraSoft’s AppointmentsPRO scans the database of upcoming appointments, and transmits the data to TeleVox automatically, creating a completely hands-free reminder system. The added functionality will enable SpectraSoft users to operate more efficiently and keep patient-centric communications a priority.
The agreement will increase the service and functionality of the SpectraSoft scheduling system by improving doctor-to-patient communication through automated appointment reminders provided by TeleVox. SpectraSoft will immediately offer TeleVox HouseCallsâ„¢ automated appointment reminders to its users.
