PracticeWorks and TeleVox Announce Web Services Agreement

TeleVox to Provide Web Services for PracticeWorks Clients

Atlanta, GA and Mobile, AL, June 16, 2004 – PracticeWorks SiteBuilder clients will now obtain web services from TeleVox Software under an agreement announced today by TeleVox Software, Inc. and PracticeWorks, Inc., a subsidiary of Eastman Kodak Company.

PracticeWorks’ SiteBuilder services have helped dental practices with websites and web hosting for the past three years. Through this agreement, SiteBuilder clients will be transitioned to TeleVox’s Web Services division. TeleVox will make additional services available to SiteBuilder clients, including customized web design and search engine registration.

TeleVox currently hosts over 3,000 dental and orthodontic websites.
