TeleVox Announces New Division
Mobile, AL, Apr 29, 2002 - Mobile, Ala.-based TeleVox Software, Inc., maker of HouseCallsTM and software application provider for the orthodontic industry, today announced a new corporate division. This division, The Agency, will provide full-service marketing solutions to orthodontic practices.
The Agency will consist of the existing corporate marketing department at TeleVox, in addition to several newly-hired employees. This expansion will allow The Agency to concentrate on serving the marketing needs of orthodontists, while maintaining its current focus as TeleVox's marketing arm.

As a practice marketing group, The Agency will provide a full range of marketing services to orthodontists. The Agency will perform traditional marketing tasks, such as designing logos, welcome kits, and exit packets; creating practice brochures and patient forms; and designing and placing ads. Additionally, a fully-staffed web development team will build websites for orthodontists, blending the site's design with the orthodontist's existing image. The Agency will also offer a number of value-added services, such as referral marketing plans, patient recruitment campaigns, and in-office consulting seminars.
